Delivery Policy

• Cubekrafts Pro — access to the full software workspace is activated on your account immediately after the first payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds and in all cases within 24 hours. It renews automatically each month while the subscription is active, and the monthly fair-use allowance resets at the start of each billing period.

You will see the updated plan in Settings, and receive a confirmation email. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, sends the tax invoice for every payment.

All prices are displayed in INR (₹). Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and included on your invoice.

If Pro access has not appeared within 24 hours of payment, email us at customercare@cubekrafts.com with your order reference and we will fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
