Terms & Conditions

Cubekrafts is a digital software service (SaaS). It provides a quoting tool, catalog and price book, enquiry inbox, dashboard and reputation pages for dealers, plus optional paid products: a Pro software subscription and enquiry credits. Nothing physical is sold or shipped. Homeowner enquiries are requests submitted by homeowners through our own forms, with their consent to be contacted about their project; they are routed into dealer inboxes based on city, category, credit balance and our routing rules. We do not guarantee any particular number, quality or conversion of enquiries.

Cubekrafts does not sell, rent, licence, enrich, scrape or otherwise make available marketing lists, contact databases or third-party personal data, and paid credits must never be understood as the purchase of such data. Credits are a usage unit within the software that allows a consented homeowner enquiry to be routed into a dealer's inbox. Dealers cannot browse, search, bulk-download or export contacts, may use enquiry details only to respond to that homeowner's own request, and must not add them to marketing lists or share them with third parties. Homeowners may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or to send fraudulent or spam communications;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or misuse homeowner personal data received through leads;
• interfere with the security of the service — malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing limits;
• resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the platform, or share account access with third parties;
• deliberately misreport lead outcomes or take deals off-platform to avoid success fees.

Cubekrafts retains all rights in the platform, its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of your own catalog, pricing and customer content, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

We work to keep Cubekrafts available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and itemised on your invoice. Purchases are delivered digitally to your account — see our Delivery Policy.

Paid plans and lead credits are billed through our reseller. Payment, billing frequency, currency, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Lead credits are consumed as leads are routed to you and do not expire.

Success fees on won deals are flat amounts based on final deal size, as shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. On termination your access ends; we will make your quote and lead data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your dealings with homeowners, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

In line with India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints may be sent to our Grievance Officer at customercare@cubekrafts.com or via our contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
